Job Summary:
The Senior Developer, Client Portal will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative low-code business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate, will be instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving digital transformation within the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement Power Automate flows to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Power Platform capabilities to build custom applications, integrate with various systems, and create seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Prioritize security and compliance by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and trends to drive innovation and explore new possibilities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., Power Apps + Power Automate Developer Associate)
  • Experience with Power BI and Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP PowerShell.
  • Understanding of security best practices and threat modeling.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of security toolsets and workflows
  • Solid data analytic skills required to correlate multiple data points
  • Advanced documentation, prioritization and change management skills
  • Ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent written communication skills

Education and Experience:
 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, and other relevant scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, integration techniques, and API development.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based technologies.
